Seniors Festival Country Concert with James Blundell

The Victorian Seniors Festival focuses on providing fun and good times with opportunities to participate in events and activities throughout October. The country concert, a staple of the festival, is touring Victoria again, and comes to Sale on October 25.

One of Australia’s country music favourite sons, James Blundell, tours with his son Briar, an accomplished musician in his own right. James Blundell first rose to prominence after being named "best new talent" at the 1987 Country Music Awards of Australia. Blundell has since released several albums in both Australia and the United States, with his most successful album This Road in 1992 selling more than 145,000 copies in Australia. In 2019, James was awarded as recipient of Australia’s highest honour in country music, The Australian Roll of Renown. James and his son Briar will take to the stage for an enjoyable day of country music with guitars and vocals.
